Online entries only. Once a competitors entry has been accepted it will be assumed that they intend to take part unless they notify the promoters to the contrary before the Closing Date of the scheduled clinic.  If a withdrawal is before the closing date, a full refund, (less the booking fee and Paypal fee (2.9% of total paid plus 30p per transaction)), will be issued or a transfer to future clinic can be made, but transfers can only be made once before the booking has to be used or lost. No entry will be refunded or transferred on withdrawal after the closing date.
